This magazine consists of similar elements to THE WIRE this is because both magazine have very basic covers which makes them stand out from other music magazines. this is important when producing a ,magazine because this means that they will appeal to the consumer and make them want to buy it. by standing out when there are many other magazines that could be chosen this means that they are able to receive more consumers.
