THE FIRST ISSUE OF THE WIRE
THE MOST RECENT MAGAZINE COVER
this shows how magazines have changed and developed over the past 40 years this shows us that the magazine even though basic in 1982 but it is still very different from what it is like now. this is because both covers display minimal writing and detail which will help them to stand out from other magazines like this one.
in the most recent issue it has a very basic cover this is because it only has one persons face pictured which shows the reader a vary basic view of the magazine. this is important because this enables the viewer to focus on the main artist in the magazine.
On the more recent edition of THE WIRE they have used a portrait shot of the model which has allowed there to be a view of just the chest and above,. this is good because it gives an indication of what there model is wearing this is good because it will allow the reader to possibly relate to them because of the specific style that is being used in the magazine through the clothing and the other features in the magazine.
